Organize a small bread station
Choose one clear area for weighing and mixing. Gather your bowl, scale, scraper and a container for the dough before you begin. Put a washable mat beneath the work area if that makes cleanup easier.
Keep the flour you are using close by and label any storage container with its contents. A separate small bowl for weighing ingredients avoids trying to remove an accidental extra pour from a larger mixture.
At the end of the session, clean the tools and write the next step on a note. Leave enough clear space for the dough container. A tidy station supports a calm routine; it does not require buying a complete set of new equipment.
